Many years ago I had an idea for an album. It was to be called “Chapbook” and come in a booklet of sorts that hearkened back to the simple chapbooks a wandering minstrel might make and sell as he made his way from town to town.  Sort of blurring the lines between a book of poetry and a record album with  liner notes of the days gone by. Anyway I have been revisiting this idea again lately and as an experiment, decided to do a concept print piece exploring how it might look.

Many of these songs have been abandoned along the way, though I still come back and visit them from time to time, perhaps I’ll do a home recording of them and release them in some form, Maybe even in a chapbook…

This is perhaps more produced than I was expecting, but I kind of like the idea. Let me know what you think..
